Melbourne is my home town although for the past 10 years I have lived in Cairns, Qld. Living in a regional centre that has an ever expanding population presented me with opportunities beyond my wildest dreams. Since living in Cairns I have been involved in art exhibitions, had the good fortune and privilege of working in the art department at a Secondary College, encouraging students to express themselves,as well as building sets for theatre productions. All of which have stretched me and allowed me to expand.<\/p>\n
In 2008 I went to Cambodia for 5 months and worked as a volunteer on a rural housing project where we built houses for families that require a bit of support to get their lives on track. One of the most rewarding things I have ever done and an experience I will treasure for ever.<\/p>\n
For most of 2011 I was off exploring and enjoying exotic delights. I spent countless hours meandering through temples, mountains and galleries. In the subcontinent and Europe. A truly inspirational journey full of challenges and wonder.<\/p>\n
